Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

Approved defective or incorrect item claims are the only return exceptions to our all-sales-final policy.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, or we sent the wrong item, you must contact orders@mistakencollective.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. These cases are reviewed individually and require written approval before any return is accepted.

CONDITIONS FOR APPROVED RETURNS

  • Original tags must remain attached. A return is void once tags are removed.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • A flat $10 CAD return fee applies to approved returns and is deducted from the refund.

AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization. If your claim is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Do not ship anything back until you have received an authorized return label from us. Items sent without an authorized return label will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to you.

HOW TO START

Email orders@mistakencollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We respond within 2 business days with next steps. Refunds on approved claims are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
