Hoodies and tees are cut roomy and structured. Hoodies are 450 GSM heavyweight cotton with a double-layer hood and no drawstrings, engineered to layer cleanly over a riding suit on the bike and read clean off it. Review the fit notes on each product page before ordering. No size exchanges are offered.
WEAR & CARE
To keep your product looking fresh, machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean. DO NOT iron directly over printed or embroidered graphics. This applies to all hoodies and street tees. Following these instructions keeps the fabric and graphics looking the way they should. Not following them may permanently affect or damage the garment.
HOW DROPS WORK
Drops are limited and released on a fixed schedule. If you're in the Collective, you’ll get first looks at new drops, restocks, and limited releases. Once a drop sells out, restock decisions are made on a per-product basis, and limited runs are restocked when we can. Join here to get first access.
SHIPPING & DISPATCH
Made in Canada. Worn everywhere. We ship worldwide from Calgary, Alberta, including Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Free shipping applies only in Canada on orders over $50 CAD. Orders under $50 CAD and all non-Canadian destinations are calculated at checkout based on address. We ship DDP, so duties and taxes are included at checkout where applicable. What you pay at checkout is the final price. No surprise fees on delivery.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address before you pay. Once your order ships, tracking is emailed to you so you can follow it through to delivery. You can also view your order status anytime through your account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing. We do not offer size exchanges.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives defective, or we sent the wrong item or wrong size, please contact orders@mistakencollective.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization.
CONDITIONS FOR APPROVED RETURNS
- Original tags must remain attached. A return is void once tags are removed.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- A flat $10 CAD return fee applies to approved returns and is deducted from the refund.
