FIT & SIZING

Mistaken hoodies are cut boxy and built heavy at 450 GSM, with a double-layer hood and no drawstrings. Drop 2 and BLACKOUT hoodies use a single kangaroo pouch. The Black // Zip Hoodie is a full-zip with twin side pockets. The Street Tee is premium heavyweight cotton.

All sales are final and we do not offer size exchanges, so review sizing carefully before ordering. Unsure on fit? Email orders@mistakencollective.com before you buy.

HOW DROPS WORK

Drops are released as product runs go live. If you're in The Collective, you’ll get first looks at new drops, restock notices, and product updates. Once a product sells through, restock decisions are made on a per-product basis.

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Designed in Canada. Worn everywhere. Every order ships from Calgary, Alberta. We ship across Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations. Canada orders of $50 CAD and over qualify for free shipping. Canada orders under $50 CAD, United States orders, and international orders have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Duties and taxes are included where collected at checkout, so what you pay at checkout is the final price. No surprise fees on arrival. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your address. Tracking is provided on every order once shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing. We do not offer size exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact orders@mistakencollective.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization.

CONDITIONS FOR APPROVED RETURNS

• Original tags must remain attached. A return is void once tags are removed.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• A flat $10 CAD return fee applies to approved returns and is deducted from the refund.
