Every order ships from Calgary, Alberta. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your address. Tracking is provided on every order once shipped.
- SHIPPING ORIGIN: Every order ships from Calgary, Alberta. We ship across Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations.
- FREE SHIPPING: Canada orders of $50 CAD and over qualify for free shipping. Canada orders under $50 CAD, United States orders, and international orders have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
- DUTIES & TAXES: Duties and taxes are included where collected at checkout. No surprise fees on arrival.
- TRACKING: Tracking is provided on every order once shipped. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your address.

- ALL SALES FINAL: No returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing. Review sizing before ordering.
- DEFECT REPORTS: Email orders@mistakencollective.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.
- RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Approved defective or incorrect item claims only. Original tags must remain attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. A flat $10 CAD return fee is deducted from the refund.
